Rute 1: leaving Valencia via the Avenida del Cid, direction Madrid, take the N111 (Autovía Levante) and exit at the BY-PASS, which you take in direction Alicante-Albecete.once on this road, you exit at junction 517-A indicating Montserrat-Torrente-Montroy, direction Montroy. Once past Montserrat, Montroy and over the bridge which separates Montroy from Real de Montroy, you take the first turning at the traffic lights in direction Dos Aguas. Continuing along this road for 5 Km you will see the entrance to the first phase of the residential development, and if you continue along this road you will come to the entrance of the second phase of the development.
Rute 2: Leaving Valencia via the Silla road (Pista de Silla), direction Alicante-Albecete on the inland road, you take the junction indicating Picassent. You pass through this town in the direction of Monserrat, once through the village of Montserrat we go through Montroy and over the bridge which separates Montroy from Real de Montroy, then you take the first turning at the traffic lights in direction Dos Aguas. Continuing along this road for 5 Km you will see the entrance to the first phase of the residential development, and if you continue along this road you will come to the entrance of the second phase of the development.
